THE DREAM COMMUNITY is intensifying its fund-raising efforts. These efforts consists of applying for foundation grants, personal follow-up and contact with potential donors, and the involvement of area churches.  Offices are in place and assistance has been given to complete the website and to publish promotional materials.

THE DREAM COMMUNITY is growing its resource and volunteer base and its administrative staff.  We are helping businesses and churches do together, what one could not do alone.

As resources become available, The Dream Community will begin undertaking the following activities in the Greater Binghamton, New York area:

• Publishing and distributing brochures and other descriptive materials to illustrate ministry needs and encourage churches and individuals to better understand how to become involved.
• Making presentations to churches and organizations to create awareness about The Dream Community’s purposes and needs, and to present ways to get involved.
• Organizing and holding meetings to provide a forum for dialogue and planning to meet challenges and needs.

To date all the activities of The Dream Community have been funded by Calvary Community Wesleyan Church, Inc. and individual participants and volunteers directly.
